5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Paystack — Our payment processor, to securely handle card transactions.
- Meta (WhatsApp) — We use the WhatsApp Business API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to communicate with you. When you message us on WhatsApp or we send you service notifications, your phone number and message content are processed by Meta in accordance with WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. Meta may use this data as described in their privacy policy, including for infrastructure and security purposes.
- Installation partners — Limited details (name, phone, location) to schedule your installation.
- Legal authorities — If required by law, court order, or regulation.
6. Data Security
- All payment transactions are encrypted via Paystack's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
- We use HTTPS to protect data transmitted between your browser and our website.
- Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel only.

7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal, accounting, or operational purposes. Waitlist data is retained for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted unless you become an active customer.

9. WhatsApp Business Communications
We use the WhatsApp Business API to provide customer support, send service notifications, order confirmations, and occasional promotional updates. By providing your phone number during signup or by messaging us on WhatsApp, you consent to receiving messages from Mtech via WhatsApp.
Types of messages you may receive:
- Order and payment confirmations
- Installation scheduling and updates
- Service notifications (outages, maintenance, account status)
- Customer support responses
- Promotional offers and service upgrades (with your consent)
Opt-out: You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by contacting us via email or phone. Opting out of WhatsApp messages does not affect your internet service.
Data processing: WhatsApp messages are processed through Meta's infrastructure. Your phone number, message content, and delivery metadata are handled by Meta in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not share your WhatsApp conversations with any other third party.

Our website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
