By signing up for Mtech services or contacting us via WhatsApp, you consent to receiving communications from Mtech through the WhatsApp Business API, including:

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Standard data rates from your mobile provider may apply.

You may opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP. Opting out does not affect your internet service or your ability to contact us via other channels.

WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta Platforms, Inc. By using our WhatsApp channel, you also agree to WhatsApp's Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data or business interruption.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
